Upgrades/Service Outage:
Monday mornings from 12:00 am to 6:00 am CST/DST are reserved for normal maintenance. We will post/send notices of service outage when scheduled during or outside of the normal maintenance time. If you experience a problem during this period, please wait until after the maintenance period has ended before reporting the problem.
